    Red face Perch

    Going Saturday for the eyes have done pretty good this year so far. I know last week they shut down pretty much around 11:00. Thinking of doing some perch fishing after they shut down but have not really perch fished on Erie. Anyone know of a good area in Michigan waters I will be coming out of Boles harbor. i have seen some boats anchored in that area but not sure if that is any good. Any help appreciated..

    E-buoy (20'), Toledo Beach (15') and Luna Pier (13') in front of the Whiting Plant just look for a group of boats anchored and watch them to see if any are catching perch. Binoculars are just as important in perch fish as a sounder. But remember it's not proper etiquette to crowd another boat.
