Walleye & Perch Fishing Report from 7/22
Caught a 2 man perch limit from 7-11 am just off the Northeast corner of Rattlesnake. Fishing was very fast but we were pretty picky with the size. Didn't keep anything under 8 inches. Plent of 9's, only a handlful of 10's though. On average I'd say we kept 1 out of every 3 perch we brought up. Caught a 13-14 inch smallmouth too, gonna try to attach the picture of it.
Walleye fishing was very tough. Tried 3-4 miles west of Northwest Reef, caught one walleye with basically zero drift. Moved southwest into a small pack of boats trolling. I'd say this pack was probably 2-3 miles north of B Can. Saw the trollers pick up a few right next to us but we didn't have any luck.
Hope the report helps, GL guys
