What do you need this year to go over besides a license. Pass port ? or is there a ID you can get for crossing into Canada ?

To get into Canada, you need two forms of Gov. I.D. ie. drivers license and birth cert. To get back into the U.S., you need a passport. Customs has been giving a courtesy pass to U.S. citizens and NOT denying re-entry however you should have passport or pass card. The pass card is less expensive and gives you pass to Canada and Mexico. Check with your post office.
