Sandusky Bay

Curious about the bay,I've never fished in there. I imagine there is some great bass fishing in there. Alot of open water south of route of the bridge is it fairly navagatnal would be going out of Dempseys landing.

I haven't done much bass fishing out there, but yes it is ok to travel about. About 3/4 mile south west of the Route 2 bridge there is a rock wall under water about 1/4 mile off the south shore near the town of White's Landing. It is marked with 3 bouys about 100 yards apart. West of the route 2 bridge the average depth is around 7 foot deep. The catfish are all over the bay. Hope this helps.
