The bite ended around 12:00 according to the charters. I fished the same area from 5:00 - 8:00 and caught 23. 1 was just over 28". Half were on bottom bouncers and the rest were on weapons fished very, very slowly. Small Indiana gold blades.

    Default didnt fish

but with all those fish in that deep of water they didnt go far. they were not real spread out, but in tight pods find one and make short drifts to save some time

As Dave says, find a pod of fish and stay with them. Most of our drifts were less then a 1/4 of a mile (15 - 20 minutes)
