tough day out of wildwings

Saturday April 20th. High wind, big waves, muddy water until we hit clean water northeast of L can. Trolled northeast several hours. 25 - 30 fow, 2 mph, 6 fish , lost 1. black head wonder bread bandit got 4, 65' back unassisted. Started out by crane beach hoping to find calm water , found all kinds of ropes and buoys, nets I think. Lucky I didn't wind up any in the prop.

I've always said a bad day of fishing is better than a good day at work but I don't know sounds like it was pretty rough. I was thinking about coming up and fishing yesterday glad I didn't. Today sure will be nice but I need more than one day if I'm going to travel 3 hours. It's going to get ugly again windy and cold. Bipolar Ohio is what I call it just can't get 2 good days in a row. Probably won't be till May before I can make it up there. Thanks for reporting.
