I haven't seen any reports about perching near the Marblehead light house but I decided to give it a try on Saturday. I showed up around 9 A.M and joined about 100 others in a flotilla about 1/4 mile offshore. It was very slow. 2 of us caught 24 keepers in about 5 hours. Good quality fish. most were around 10 inches and fat. Largest was 12 and several were 11. Can't speak for the others there but with that many boats i'm sure someone was "on em". We had golden shiners. That's all the bait stores had. Might have been different with emeralds. All in all i'd say it's worth a try . It might just get better.
