On friday 3-20 I caught 27 nice perch and 1-21" walleye east of Kelly Island in 40' of fairly clean water. Size of perch was as follows: 1-12"+,1-11"+,10-10"+,11-9"+,2-8"+, and 1-6"+. Bite was very light and slow. Fished 6 hours. Caught most fish by letting spreader lie on bottom and watched rod tip for slight movement.
