I have had a lot of people that ate fish after they told me they wouldn't. I take a fillet and generously coat them with mccormicks California style garlic pepper seasoning. you can grill them or pan fry them at this point 3 to 5 minutes per side until flaky. use a little olive oil in pan or on foil to keep them from sticking...
