Bolles Harbor Christmas Eve
Left Bolles launch around 7:30 am and followed another boat that broke the ice for us. Headed toward Stony Point where a small pack began to assemble. Saw a few marks on the screen, set out Bandits 55-95 back, 23-25 FOW, about 1 mph. Picked up an eater at 95 back, then nothing for nearly 3 hours. Around 11 am, they seemed to wake up a bit and we started picking up a few. We stayed east of the pack and kept pecking away at them. By 2:15 we had a 3 man limit and headed in. Nice average size, all on Bandits, with best leads 75 to 85, varying speeds .9 to 1.2 mph. Great bonus day on the water.
