    Question Any Boat Activity?

Has there been any boat activity from Port Clinton to the Power Plant yet? I see there has been a lot of rain and storms pushing through the area. I'm guessing they hit that area too. We're fighting Blizzard conditions where I'm at. Either way, you have love March.

    Smile Little to none

The boat activity has been minimized not only by the rain, but also by high winds and debris. I went over the Maumee River yesterday and counted 5 trees coming down between Downtown Toledo and the 280 Bridge. 1 tree was stuck on the bottom in the freight channel. Just the trunk was sticking out. If you watch the weather and the wind dies down put in at Fenwick Marina off Rt 2 west of Davis Besse. You will only need to go out 1-2 Miles at most to be on the fish and you can putz your way there safely.

    Good Luck and Good Fishing.

I would be there but I threw a upper bearing on my 200 and its being repaired now or time for a new motor.

Thanks for the info. Sounds like a mess.

You have to love mother nature! This morning I woke up and it was -9, last week I was fishing it was almost 60. Go figure...

    Default I'll second coachs opinion

Mud and Mud and watch out for that tree. Still too cold, but if you have DT's you could get out. tactics would be same as Ice Fishing. I would use a silver pimple tipped with shiners. Slow presentation.

    Good Luck and Good Fishing
