why is it not poaching when a charter lets there costumers use there license.i see pic of 5 people with 42 walleyes.im not defending anyone but this goes on every day year after year right in front of everyone.someone gets 50 walleye and everyone wants them put in prison,charter guys take thousands every year no says a word.
