I just wrote a piece for greatlakesnow.org on the latest walleye numbers from ODNR and Fisheries Canada data. I remember my uncle talking about the "heyday" when he mentioned 80 million catchable fish in the lake, and now it looks like there could be 100 million or better.

Looks like at least two, three or more really great years for walleye fishing. Please feel free to copy, paste and share the link below. It gives good data and opinions from fisheries managers.
