Too bad you are not fishing today, light winds.I use iwindsurf for erie wind forcast. You have a 22.5ft boat.Does not look so good for Thursday right now and for the remaining 3 days, forcast changes too much to make plans.Keep your eye on the Iwindsurf erie west location to make your plans.

Sandusky Bay / Maumee River
You can also try Sandusky Bay. Launch in Sandusky. Fish the shore docks for bass, crappie, and panfish. You can also try out west of the channel breakwall, it may be calm enough there. There is a small reef there, who knows, it may hold a few walleye. Also fish the breakwall.
The Maumee River is also an option. Launch in Perrysburg (Orleans Park or Maple Street ramp). Stop in to Maumee Tackle in Maumee ( https://www.maumeetackle.net/ ) for info or ask someone at the boat ramp. With a larger boat you can't go up into the rapids areas but you can get up near Orleans Park and over near the island. It's all rocky bottom there so there will be walleye there.
On the Lake the entire south shore, the reef complex, is going to get hammered with NE gale force winds starting today so nobody in a right mind will be fishing the Lake. Minimum 6 footers in the AM building to 8-10. Higher out in deeper water.Last edited by West Basin; 04-14-2018 at 07:38 AM.
