We fished there last Saturday water was like chocolate milk all over the east side of Kelly's. Managed 1 fish there closer to the island due south of it. Moved a few times ended up between Kelly's and PIB caught 1 more and lost 1. Marked a lot of this but they couldn't see anything. I think if you can get a report on the water clarity there you can catch fish. Tough day for all lots of charters there for short stays everyone was looking for clean water.

The water has cleared up since last weekend.We trolled today east of Kellies and got our limit in 3hrs using harnesses.We fished in 42 fow and water clarity about 2 ft where we fished.Targeted fish 20-26 deep.Mostly 2015 fish which are almost all legal now and some 2014 fish.Guys are catching with spoons and crackbaits also.Water is pretty clean just east of Kellies,would suspect you can catch there also.We were closer to Huron though.

Thanks a million guys!!, appreciate all the info. Went out of cranberry creek last Sat, did decent in 42 to 45 feet with spoons. Honestly, it's a bummer to sit out on the highway for 45 minutes with the family waiting to drop in there because it's only one ramp. I'll drive to mazuriks and run east. You can go to huron, closer than maz. Have several ramps, just a couple of mind to idle to the lake

Fished wed. thur &fri got 60 perch off ngull shoal & 7 walleyes wed.Thur. could not fish gull 5footers so fished east side of kellys got 32 perch that were 15lbs & 12 walleyes Fri. fished gull for 1 hr got 6 perch & 12 walleyes. all the walleyes were caught east side of kelleys in 27 ft of h20 on bandits 60 to 80 back

Fished for walleyes east of Kelly's airport fri the 20th & sat the 21st in 40 to 46 foot zone. Got 1 man limit both days in less than 2 hours. Used dipseys set at #3 75 back, ran 1.4 / 1.7 knots east/west line. Good Luck !

PS: used scorpion stingers - flo nascar and ice frog (mostly bright green with a silver strip and black dots)

4 man limit 3 miles East of Kelly's .DDHJ 60-75 back.Speed 2.5.Its a feeding frenzy. 18-26 inch range.
