New fisher here
Hey guys my name is Justin. Just started walleye fishing last year and not much luck so far. I have been going out of metzger marsh and going to the toledo water intake. I have been catching small ones there but no keepers. Yesterday I found a can and fished on north side of it but had no good. Also went to north side of west sister off that point on east side and fished didn't catch a thing. I do not troll I just cast and reel. I was using erie dearie all different colors tipped with nightcrawlers. I do have a few bandit crankbaits which I had no luck and I do have bottom bouncers and work harnesses. Do not use these much because when I cast they get all tangled up but I think I just need to drop them off side of boat with the bottom bouncers. I do not have planer boards and not really set up for trolling. I have a 19ft mark twain. Was wondering if someone could give me some pointers and maybe some hot spots right now. Thanks
