    Smile Jigging Saturday & Sunday

    Started in the mud in front of Turtle Creek before sunrise. We caught 2 by 9:00. One on a purple hair jig, the other on a purple blade bait. Received a call from a friend that the bay was cleaner. We caught 10 in the bay between the light house and turtle island on purple hair jigs. Went back Sunday and we caught 12 on purple hair jigs before the wind blew the mud into our drift.

    Sorry about that. In the bay again. Most of our fish came out of 13' to 14' of water. Water shallower or deeper did not produce.
