The ramp is extremely steep and there is a big chunk missing from the ramp on the right (when looking at the ramps). The channel is plenty deep out to the lake. The steep ramp isn't a huge deal when launching but can be a pain when pulling your boat.
Fenwick is only about a mile from wild wings and their ramps are some of the best I've ever used and the same price ($10). It's a little further to run to the reefs but it's worth it. The only thing I would caution (this also applies if you're coming from Turtle Creek and Magee East) is that there is a bridge over the channel that is probably only about 10' clearance so put your vhf antenna down and watch anything that is sticking out the top of the boat.Last edited by Hoytman86; 04-06-2017 at 10:54 AM.
