White Catamaran Capt. D!$&
To Whoever the charter captain in the white catamaran running near Kelleys and the Monument today your sir are a P&$ck, I talked to West Marine and they said that they have plenty of replacement steering wheels since yours doesn't seem to work and plenty of books on boating for dummies!!!!
CROSSING PATHS
Your vessel: You’re on a crossing course with another vessel that could result in a collision if neither boat changes course or speed.
The other vessel’s on the right: It’s the privileged or stand-on vessel and you must let it pass in front of you.
The other vessel is on the left: You’re the privileged or stand-on vessel and you must pass in front of the other vessel.
Just because you have big boards out doesn't give you the right to go as you please and not adjust course.
Next time ahole I'll come back after cleaning my tangled lines and cut your boards loose and you can spend the next couple hours of your charter cleaning up that mess.
