Cutchers. He does a good job. If I have time I don't mind doing them myself. Once I made mistake and took to place behind wildwings and they skinned them instead of scaling. When I picked the fish up and noticed it i questioned them and they said the scaler was broke. Cutchers is the only place I take fish now.

If you have the time Cutchers is my 1st. choice for sure, if not try Butch and Denny's if your heading home. I cannot quote as to the price at each place as I have not been fishing this season.

Luetz Road, turn South off Rt 2 at Dream Catcher Baits (Formally the Bait Barn). Luetz is About a 1/2 Mile east of the Toussaint River Bridge. First place on the left right at the start of a curve. Walleyes are now advertised at $1.50 each.

Of the ones I have tried, I prefer to use Spot & Spams in point place. A bit out of the way and they do charge 1.50 per pound but their cleaning is by far the best I have experienced so far. I have found I get back more of the fish that I take in. I have taken perch into other places and get back a smaller percentage of meat by weight. For me I am willing to spend a little extra for the superior cleaning job that they do.

I just checked these a month ago, so all the info should be good. These are the west side places, west of Davis Bessie. I probably didn't get them all.

I don't have Cutcher's info handy, it wasn't in with the others, but they are located just down the road (little over a quarter mile or so) that's on the west side of the Bait Barn (now called Dream Catcher Baits?). Little sign out on Rt 2. His prices were in line with the others. He'll also clean anything - catfish, sheephead, white perch, even alligator!

Butch & Denney's on Corduroy rd.
    Walleye - $1.00 per fish
    Perch - $1.25 lb

    Al Szuch - Corduroy rd.
Walleye - $.60 per pound (60 cents per pound)
    Perch - $1.25 lb

Shatto's - at Wild Wings behind the gas station / restaurant, Wild Wings Marina, off Rt. 2
Walleye - $.65 lb (65 cents per pound)
    Perch - $1.50 lb

All of them pretty much stay open their regular hours as long as fish are coming in. But on slow days they close early.

    Hope that helps everyone.
