I am all for the S2 slider, got it last year love it!! I did put a little self drilling screw where the net screws on to the handle to keep it locked in. That was a tip from Gary Parsons on the Next Bite

I had thought about the screw in the connection where the handle screws into the net head but have never gotten around to it. If there is a fault with the EGO S2 sliders it would be the hoop size and the fact that the handle does work loose as mentioned. The screw would fix the handle part but would not facilitate easy removal for storage between trips. With that being said I love my EGO S2 Sliders and would replace them with the same products if need be.

Thank you for all the responses...It is looking like the ego s2 is the winner! I feel like I am overthinking this stuff but what net material do you folks feel like is best? I was leaning toward the deep rubber mesh mounted on the 108"-48" retractable...thoughts?
