Default Come On Drift Bite !!!!!

Comin up Thurs. and Fri. hoping for the drift bite, but it`s looking like its too early yet. Shoulda planned next week as I`m sure the switch is ready to turn on as soon as we get some temps to heat up the pond.

Fished Wednesday night after work. Started casting in the gravel pit area and work our way south toward Crane Creek. Marked very few fish. Began marking more fish at the 42 line - this is where the water begins to turn to the brown color as seen on the satellite image. We threw everything we had at them but they would not bite. Caught 8 and kept 1. Copper blades worked best. Beautiful night on the lake - just need the fish to begin to cooperate.

Thanks for the report plan on fishing this weekend hope they turn on with this warm weather.
    Thanks Matt

If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles.
