We were 2 walleye shy of a 4 man limit today. The smallest was 19 inch and the biggest was 27 inch. Fished right south east of Camp Perry today. Started off in 18 fow and drifted with the east north east wind down to 11 fow . First thing this morning a small pack of boats including 5 Port Clinton head boats , caught a couple . Once the pack of boats started to dwindle in size , the fish was bitting better. Made 4 drifts of a half a mile long . Couple of us were using bottom bouncers with 36 inch worm harnesses and the other two were using 5/8 ounce purple hair jigs. Seem like both programs were doing there job. We had to quit fishing due to other commitments this afternoon.
