Cans Identification Help
Hi gang, I am a little confused and seek some help. I have often read of reports of fishing the cans, i.e. A, B, C, etc. Are the cans that are being discussed the ones that are inside of the firing range marking buoys or are these the outer marking buoys. My lake map shows two sets of buoys... one that marks the firing range itself and then there is a set of buoys that appear really close to shore inside of the firing range.
Thanks,
Rich_B.

Rich, they are talking about the cans marking the firing range perimeter. They are marked with letters ABC etc.

Oh okay, thank you. I just wondered because on my gps mapping it also has labeled the inner most set of buoys from "A" thru "M". I appreciate the help.

fence
Firing zone 1 has a row of bouys that resemble a picket fence. Close to shore. The ABC bouys that most mention are the outer range bouys that basically surround the reefs.
Check this map out below.
