I’m curious if my rig could handle 2-3’ Lake Erie waves?
My old rig was a Tyee 1850 with 150hp Deep V I could handle 4’ all day without concern.
Any feedback negative or positive would be appreciated

I would not go out in a bass type boat. Above two foot waves. Plus you would have to watch for those cubby cab boat wakes. Just curious if you want to fish Lake Erie. Why did you buy a bass boat. I can see why you maybe want something not as tall as an 1850. For fishing rivers or small lakes. But there is more in between boats. Like a 22 inch gunnel height boat.

I fish rivers now, but after a 2 year break from Lake Erie I miss the walleye and smallmouth fishing.
I’ll look for another Grand Sport Tyee 1850 or similar deep v
