    Default Perch yes/Walleye no

    Went out this morning. Caught a limit of perch real quick east of the Intake,20 fow between the two nets,30 fish/8lbs., then did a little exploritory trolling just to see if any fish moved back in. Started at 42n/13.4w went towards the island,out and around the nets,then back towards crane creek...no luck except plenty of grass! The DNR was at the Cooly Canal ramp checking limits....count your fish boys!

    i agree go to the reefs 8fow to 12fow i have been doing great casting or trolling worm rigs 1.5mph if trolling

    Just the reefs around the island's or any reef complex ( crib, flat rock, ext)?

    Default Walleye Reef/Shoal

    Don't know about the reefs but I was on Kelly's Island shoal in 10-13FOW and throwing a rattle trap and got 5 nice walleye in the a.m. Got a couple of 4lb smallies too. After 11:00am the bite disappeared. Then it started up again around 7:30pm. Couldn't stay out there too long as I had a commitment but it was fun. Good luck.
