I'm trying to retire but there are just too many good things out there to buy. I'll have to take out another mortgage to pay Traxstech what I need for by boat.

Heres a little tip for you, work some O/T before you retire & treat yourself to all the toys! But then again you'll have money you won't know what to do with after retirement. My theory is , it took me 3/4 of my life to earn $$ now I have 1/4 of life to spend/enjoy it. A guy I worked with always said "if he left a dime for his kids to fight over he did something wrong" ! Go for it & enjoy! jmho.
