Big concrete cylinder about two miles out from Anchor Point, where Toledo gets it public water from. Generally in between Toledo harbor light and Davis Besse cooling tower.

Popular land mark to fish around. Lately been popular for walleye but a proven area for years when perch fishing. Many launch ramps, bait shops, close by...well protected by any winds except from the north/ NE.
