Ok got the week of April 10th to the 14th off work coming up that week and the 2 week end before way it sounds I got a good chance huh??? Gonna try some jigging if that don't work gonna troll

Well Pauken23 you had to open it up. Just kidding however I will say that a friend of mine was invited to head up last Sunday and fish with a good friend of his. I do not know the gentleman. They launched out of Mazuriks and headed NE of Kelley's to start. Nothing there, so ended up between southbass and Kelley's. I can't tell you the entire program they had but orange with black was hottest. I wish I knew the color name myself. All in all my friend showed me a picture of 8 eyes, 30 inch largest, 24.5 smallest ,said it took most of the day. Was not fast by any means. Come on mother nature, straighten up please, we all want a piece! Good fishing to all and stay safe.

To be honest we spent our 2 hours in various places between Catawba and South Bass. If we weren't so freaking cold we probably would've moved around more and at least come home with something. Bring on the warm water and the reefs!!!
