I came across this highpoint a few years ago on a friends boat.(in blue highlight)

We were trolling towards CP from the NW and caught a few nice eyes around this.
I couldn't tell if it was rocky top but it was 7-10 feet above the bottom which was 40 feet very near.
I traced in red what I recall the top looked like.
