Hello, whats a recommended lake Erie lWALLEYE line weight for monofilament line?

don't know if you're still following your post, but the way your fishing makes all the difference in the world. we started drifting the western basin with spinning gear and 8# trilene xl line. when we started trolling some years later we flatlined with the same 8# line. but it's to light for running inline boards or using big boards. for boards, I recommend 12# to 15# big game but Trilene XL will work.
