Good info. That area off Kellys was hot for big perch last year starting in July. Sounds like some of those fish are back earlier this year.

Good info. That area off Kellys was hot for big perch last year starting in July. Sounds like some of those fish are back earlier this year.

Saturday morning made the long run out past the Toledo shipping channel 4 man limit in 4 1/2 hours casting weapons with 5/8 oz sinkers Colors were gold beads with copper blades & Red beads with Gold blades , better fish came off the bottom , fish that came higher were either short or just 16”. Sunday went same direction but stopped 2 miles short as we started marking decent , fished 2 hours before wind turned & started to blow we had 9 in the box. After wind picked up we tried for 1 more hour & caught 2 more. Then called it quits Bumpy ride home
