how is fishing in buffalo

i got two, caught a lot of rock bass fished smokes creek and behind the windmills from 9-12 water temp 65

Last friday fished 8pm to 12am near the Catt. Caught 3 eyes on a point in 12 to 14 fow. Actually found more fish as I was packed up and leaving in 25 to 30 fow, 8 ft down on bait balls. Was a great evening to be out with my daughter and catch some fish.

Fished thursday night 7-10 caught 8 eyes , 5 perch,and 4 sheepheads 40 to 30 fow bottom bouncing in front of windmills.

Finally got out today for a few hours. One walleye 8.12 lbs. It got bumpy quick out there. I was between Seneca Shoals and the South Gap. 5 color with a bay rat.
If it was Derby week I'd be in some money.

joe hopefully big fish are around for the tournament this weather has to get better

Another slow day at the east end of the lake for us. A small ( throw back ) walleye, one perch, one gobie, and 2 other releases that who knows what. Fished worm harnesses with 5 color, six color, and 3 dipsys. Went out around 7 am until 12:30 pm.

Couldn’t even get my 3rd line set in the water from 7-9:30am. Continuous action on a mixed bag of fish. All on sticks @1.7.

Finally got the 3rd line in (worm harness) and only one perch from 9:30-1pm....weird

Kept 3 eyes 17-20”

Hey all, stuck working out of state this week. Looking forward to getting back on the lake when I return. If anyone gets out this week I would appreciate any info you can share. Hoping a day pattern shapes up. Thanks in advance.
