I work for St. Parks - currently entrance to the parks are free and gov. is encouraging people to come to parks (low density) as for our vendor (safe harbor) its their call on how they want to operate. To date there are no vehicle usage fees to enter so people can come in and fish for free, and boaters currently can also launch for free.
