Perch spots out of Cullen park

I generally fish from meinkes and know areas out there, where are some good spot over here launching from Cullen park? Since I know of none I trailer out to meinkes or metzgers but would like to fish closer to home. Thank you

Turtle island area has been good in the past but not sure about this year.

Try out in front of little cedar point 13 to 18ft always has perch! I can be very good. Just need to find them! We would never go further then a couple miles out. Look for fish on your graph!

we didnt mark anything last friday from the point to the lighthouse

I went out today, and fisherman's cave said someone got there limit 4 fow north east side of grassy island. I went there and caught white bass, and medium sheepshead. No yellow perch.
