I drove by Rickards Bait shop on Rt 53 in Port Clinton yesterday. I was in some traffic but it appeared with a quick glance the parking lot was roped off and I think the for sale sign was for the bait shop, and not the Gateway restaurant next door. Is that correct the shop is closed and up for sale?
