I have seen plenty of waterfleas trolling in the central basin, but never saw it affect the bite. But from your pics, that is what it looks like.
2 hours today, 20 yellow perch, 1 sheep head, had some Honey Do items.
SE of G and today, spreaders, goldens, on the bottom , light bite and no bling.
If I would have had some more time I know I would have got the 30~!

3 weeks and no reports? You ok WD? I can't wait until they move in so I can take my 6 year old grandsons up to catch a few. It will take good action to keep them interested I'm sure.

WOW~! 8:30 to 1:30, 2 of us today and 60 yellow perch, 21 pounds at the cleaners.
SE of G can again, spreaders, golden's, on the bottom and a very light bite.
Only 2 white perch and no sheep head.
Very nice day on the lake, many boats to the North West of us.

Back at it~! PERCH REPORTS.
Walleye fishing was wonderful this spring, when I could get out.
Fished yesterday, caught 2 walleye on erie dearies~gold with crawler at Niagara reef and plenty of fish Ohio sheep head.
We had some shiners and finished the day south of G can with 20 yellow perch using spreaders and no bling.
Weekend looks good as of today.

A milestone for the Water Dog today south of G can.
30 Yellow hogs and 14 pounds at the cleaners~! WOW
Spreaders, golden shiners, no bling and that very light bite.
I have never seen such large perch consistently in one area before.
In 2016 I did well , but the size this year is amazing.
Many boats were in the area and 3 hours and done.
Several throw backs and some sheep head.
On the way in 2 head boats were off camp perry in 12 fow , stopped and picked up a short walleye (returned unharmed) and several sheep head.
got them on a gold erie deerie with a crawler.

90 perch, 2.5 hours, some sorting, and 33 pounds at the cleaners. Nice~!
(2 sheep head and one 5 inch walleye ~ returned unharmed)
one head boat was west of us and it was a nice day to be out.

That Water Dog is one good perch fisherman! We struggled to not even half a 4 man limit yesterday, as did several I talked to at the cleaners.
So tell us your secret...do you have some structure marked... a good rock pile, hole, drop off or something you go back to each time?
