Area launches - When do they close for the season?

Most close 10/15 but Catt. state launch might leave a dock in same as SP., not sure about Hanover town launch, but you can sometimes launch without docks wearing boots if they don't block the ramps.(as stupid Erie basin does) Also I think the SBH might leave a dock in for the muskie guys into mid Nov. they have in the past. I have always said "if no ice on the lake, we should be allowed to launch, fish/use it"!

in the past sbh left a ramp or two in by the restaurant till first ice

I think Dunkirk harbor/launch is open all year. It used to be when the power plant was working & putting warm water into it.

FYI, As of Sunday pm. 10/25/15 all launches still had docks at launch ramps (SBH, SP, & Catt) except Erie basin which is closed & blocked off. If the wind & waves ever stop go get some perch!
