Western basin docking

Where would you recommend to dock for the year from turtle creek to the islands? Basing your decision on distance to decent fishing and cost of dock. amenities such as showers and a pool doesn't matter. looking forward to hearing your guys opinions.

Sounds like channel grove is where to be, any idea what it cost to dock a 22ft islander ? Didn't see any prices listed on their site.
