Turtle island isnbasically on the border so no, north of turtle would be michigan. For those who find it necessary to nit pick people's posts, I was about a mile north of the island and a 1/2 mile east I guess I should have looked at my numbers rather than give a general area. There are perch all around turtle, you just have to fish through them. My apologies for not being exact on my location. Maybe I need to have my gps calibrated. Lol
