Specializing in 1-3 person walleye and perch charters
Like Jul's said it doesn't seem to matter. I thought it might matter so I did some experimenting with different colors. I have bright yellow on one of my rods and bright orange on another and I catch as many on these colors as I do clear mono. I like being able to see my line when perch fishing.
I never experimented with walleye but I think it may be a problem using brightly colored line. I use Dyneema moss green line on all of my walleye rods, it's almost invisible when under water.
