Any guesses on when it will be possible to get out on the lake from the SBH? The ice boom cam still shows a lot of ice by the mouth of the river...

I talked with Evans Rec. Dept. yesterday. They will start dredging soon , probably Monday. An outside contractor is doing it. I was told it wouldn't take long. They couldn't verify that the would open on the 15 the but said that the 17 the would be a more realistic date. I asked if it would open by the holiday weekend and got a "Oh Yeah". "Before that".
