A fear falls upon you. Then your co pilot shouts out and points to the south. You strain your eyes n finally see it on the horizon. That black flag flying high. The red bandana. Your day is ruined. Pirate Joe is on the water, collecting his bounty of fish from poor helpless fishermen. He just might be more feared than the dec this summer. Lol

a lot of people perching out sp the couple of days local police said they are catching nice size perch also said guys were getting them north of sp about a mile out
