Ok, so i dont know that much about how the weather really affects the ice conditions. But we got somewhat of a mini thaw Friday through Monday. Is that gonna kill the ice and our season or should she survive it? I hope we have a great season, but its gotta stay cold

That's the question. With sub zero temps & wind chills to -40 it's been too dangerous to scout. High 20 tomorrow, I plan on scouting Crane Creek, Camp Perry & Catawba SP Thursday. Let ya know what I find. Another question is will it be machine ready? Rain forecasted for Saturday & there's a lot if snow on ice it will slush up and render a ATV next to useless. Till Thursday.
