Black Pearl limits out on perch!

i have been telling every one to keep a couple and try, if yellow are slow whites usaully bite. I did a taste test at fire house and cut them in small 1 inch strips and they 4 out of 5 guys could not tell the diference between yellow and white. they all voted white bass the worsrt and walleye came in third.

Been throwing back WHITE PERCH for years!!! Now I'm kicking myself! LOL

I skin the white perch instead of scale them. After they are cooked and get cold the skin is rubbery. Skin them an they are great. They are actually from the bass family and not the perch family. Elrod.

Just wondering if the meat is red like the white bass. I tried white bass and they are too strong tasting for me.
