Yeah when steelhead are bright silver chrome is another slang name used. I will always be a fan of steelhead lake or stream always a great fight and show from them. Only fish that sometimes gives same is an atlantic salmon on lake o.

    Cool

Browns are now moving in shallow at night on L-O, Sandy Creek or Oak O. If you get out early enough like the first hour or so of light, start trolling or even casting by outlets. Of course they progress deeper as the sun goes higher.

Going to try for eyes out of Dunkirk tomorrow, got blown off the lake last week and got what you guys call, the skunky monkey. Has anyone got some recent info they might share.

    Default Walleye out of SBH?

I know that the better fishing is now in the deep water between Barcelona and Dunkirk, but is anyone having any luck near Buffalo?

I tried some of the near shore areas out of the SBH tonight, and I struck out. The water is pretty warm (~76F), and I really wasn't seeing anything on the screen. I am sure that things will pick up in a few weeks, but I was disappointed that I couldn't scratch out a couple of fish near the gaps...

Haven't heard anything from joes spot lately. He's usually pounding them out of sbh night fishing. I would have figered you would have picked up a couple. Did you troll donnelys wall? Then from end of donnelys to the round house? Mid gap is hit or miss. That faster shallow water at the end of donnelys towards round gouse usually holds fish all summer. Picked up 4 eyes, 1 eater and 3 big sows, plus a 10lb laker little west of Broctun shoal. 90-105 fow. Fish were not glued to bottom though. 10color and black and pink willow leafs did best. We must lost at least 4 more, barely hooked.

For those who are anxiously waiting the out come of the game. It was a dog fight. We were down, we were UP, we were tied going into the seventh. We scored 2 to go up in the top of the inning. I love when the other team yells he old and tired. I kick it up. Right Wrestling Coach. They had two on 2nd & 3rd one out.Fly ball to right. A catch. A tag up. a throw to the plate. I was backing up home. I looked around for some one yo back me up. we have a moose of a catcher. He staged the runner. Game over. A playoff CHSMPIONSHIP. A LEAGE CHAMPIONSHIP. And a side note - not important - a season for this pitcher without a loss. Geno says free minnows for everyone.
