Conesus lake drops off very fast. The fish are piggys but they get that way because the alewives are so thick you snag them while trolling. There was a bad algea bloom last year when I went so that didnt help. But we fished that lake pretty hard and got the white stripe.

I have heard pretty much the same story from a lot of people. thanks again for the advise and help guys
