Road trip this weekend

As mrahn says. an act of god. I don't think Quads will work at all. As of Friday January 25 there was only 3/4 mile of ice off Magee Marsh to open water. Camp Perry opened up on Saturday. With south winds and rain the ice will deteriorate. There is a cold front coming behind this warm spell but I don't think a couple days will replace what it took. Maybe Feb 9-10 is a better target. I would feel more comfortable for anyone to make a road trip then. God willing

Thanks for the replys, the rain and warmth realy took the ice out around here.
Headding up to Lake Gogbic in the U.P to do some ice fishing for a few days.

See ya in march if its a repete like last year
