10-24-12 perch report last trip wanna make it a good one!

We put in at Muzurik this am, Monday, about 9 went to the lighthouse
picked up 30 by noon, then moved to east side of Kelleys by airport,
40' picked up the remaining 30 for out 2 tickets by about 3:00. Some
nice fish, had to sort some.

I say you head east for your last Big Bang. I have been going there the last few times. $40 more in gas and an extra half hour drive but the fish are addictingly big.
I've been launching out of Conneaut. Had my last run Sunday. They were scattered and only caught 15. 3 throwbacks and 12 11"-14". My eyes widen everytime I pull one of these monsters.

fished in front of the huron river sunday. Caught nice fish. Right at the end of the frieght channel too. 28 fow. Went to Vermillion monday and it was slow but we got fish. 40 degrees 2-3 miles. 38 fow, fish are bigger there. We got 14 12"ers in Huron. Vermillion we averaged 9-10". It was a tough day monday.

You guys are killing me! I haven't been out since early Sept. Winds have kept me home over here.

Looks like next summer before I get the boat back in.
