Both Division of Wildlife & Watercraft had booths set up at BPS last week word from them had Walleye dropping to 4 , May1st.....

If they drop it to 4, that will really hurt the economy!

Sounds good BBQ season is here!

Tom's sweet/hot pepper relish

5 to10 small sweet peppers (depends on size)
1 onion
1/2 bottle or so yellow mustard ( 15 oz )
3 T horseradish
3 T pickle relish
1/4 c vinegar
3/4 c sugar
1 T salt/pepper adjust to taste
1 T garlic power or use real
1 t lemon pepper
1 t dill
1 t cumin
3 jalapeno's adjust to taste ( 3 is just hot enough for most )

put all roughly chopped peppers, onion and other ingredients into blender. blend away, taste and adjust as needed.
makes 1 3/4 qts
